What is the Letter&Soul Letter Club?
Brief & Seele (Letter & Soul) is a subscription for monthly changing editions that provide you with factually formulated impulses, reflection questions, and practical tips to support your soul in everyday life while also leaving room for spiritual depth. The content is suitable for people who want to understand their soul more consciously and make their inner world more stable. The aim of the letter club is to create a reliable place where the soul can find orientation, peace, and a holistic view of its own being.
What is the background of Brief&Seele?
Especially nowadays, I think it's extremely important not to forget our nostalgic roots, because analog art, handwritten letters, and postcards bring a much more authentic smile to our faces than a digital greeting. The surprise of opening the mailbox, holding the prints in your hands, feeling the paper, and the thought that someone was thinking of you are something very special! #backtoanalog #sendlove
How does the ordering process work?
You select "Letter Club" from the menu and add the current month's Letter Club to your shopping cart. From there, you proceed to checkout and add the selected item + the activated monthly subscription.
During the checkout process, you enter your delivery address and email address, after which you receive an order confirmation. The subscription is stored under your email address, and payment is processed monthly – always on the date of your first subscription purchase.
Can I order the letter club as a gift?
Yes, you can add the letter club to your shopping cart and specify a different delivery address during checkout. This way, the letter will be sent directly to the recipient, and you'll receive an order confirmation. This will remain the same each month until you change it.

What if I don't want to subscribe?
This month's letter club is always available as a subscription and as a one-time order. So you can actively decide which version you want.
Of course, individual products can be ordered as a one-time purchase without a subscription. And you can pause or cancel the letter club directly after your first order (after receiving the letter).
How can I pause/cancel my subscription?
You have full control over your subscription at all times.
In the top right menu, you'll see a person icon. Click on it and enter your email address (the one you used when you subscribed). You'll then receive a code via email, which you'll enter for confirmation. After that, in your subscription settings, you'll have the choice between cancellation (the current order will be canceled), pausing (the next issues of Briefclub will be suspended until reactivation), or termination (the subscription will be canceled and you won't receive any further letters).
You can even manage your subscription after receiving your first order.
What materials does Brief&Seele use?
I use FSC-certified paper for all print materials. It is recycled
and white - in various thicknesses, to suit the respective product. Now and then, a card features an embellishment, simply to highlight the design. I predominantly avoid plastic and other packaging materials like tissue paper and cord, out of consideration for the environment. If you are dissatisfied with your order regarding sustainability, or if you have suggestions for improvement in that regard, please feel free to write to me at any time!
Where do we ship to? Germany, EU, Worldwide
All letters and products can be shipped within Germany, the EU, and even WORLDWIDE.
The Letter Club and some other products are available in German and/or English. You can also download the letters as digital PDFs if
you decide you don't want to receive mail.

When will the mail be sent?
Should you purchase your Letter Club or place a one-time order at any time, it will be shipped the very next day. So you won't have to wait long for your mail. You will always receive the monthly Letter Club on the same day of the month, e.g., always on the 12th, if you placed your first order on that day.
